I almost blogged about this same issue, but I didn't want to step on your toes. I think that it would be a huge mistake to cut funding to this program. Why punish children that can't afford healthcare?

Yes, why punish anyone, especially children?
Do these politicians really have any concept of what it's like to live without health insurance?
